Register and activate a subscription, then access the organizer dashboard's "Events" menu and click "Create event." The system provides an intuitive step-by-step wizard to configure all your event details, from basic information to course settings.

Courses are created via Race Manager's Course Editor by clicking the map or entering GPS coordinates. Before races, the desktop Course Editor allows adjustments; the Race Committee app enables real-time repositioning during events.

Download the "Kwindoo Tracking for Racers" app, create an account, and upcoming events appear automatically within 150 nautical miles 24 hours before start.

Activate the app before leaving shore — preferably during the skippers' meeting — and ensure it continues running throughout your entire race.

The system transmits data in real-time via mobile networks with automatic local storage during connection gaps and seamless re-uploading when connectivity resumes.

Public tracking displays a standard 2-minute delay. Tracking history is permanently stored for post-race analysis. Spectators can follow via web browser or the Kwindoo Live View app.
